Who we are
Estahale Pty Ltd. is 100% black women-owned consulting company, that demystifies climate change, creates and advises companies on sustainability practices. Our key suite of services includes; climate change advisory services, stakeholder management, community dialogue facilitation, and monitoring and evaluation oversight in and for developing socio-economic development strategies.
This ethos is central to Estahale’s values of collaboration, integrity, and sustainable impact. Through these values, Estahale strives to utilize its skills, resources, and expertise to provide viable consulting services.
With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors and in industries such as renewable energy, development financing, education, and financial services, we believe, through open dialogues and collaboration, businesses, donors and community members can co-create innovative socio-economic and enterprise development projects that over time become catalysts for positive social change in the industries and communities they operate in.

We aim to break down the barriers created by complicated jargon and intricate strategies, transforming it into a clear and urgent call to action. We believe that addressing climate change requires the involvement of all individuals, donors, communities, and organizations. By fostering open communication and providing straightforward information, we want to inspire a collective response that encourages people to engage actively and emphasize that each person’s contribution is vital to creating a sustainable future.
Our work is inspired by communities and organizations that are actively engaged in climate change action, particularly in the pursuit of a just energy transition that is equitable and fair in the context of Africa. Through our engagements and partnerships, we have identified significant gaps in the availability of information and the need to share empowering data and models that illustrate how a just transition can work in Africa. Estahale is taking the lead in fostering open dialogues around legislative and proactive approaches to a just transition that prioritizes people first.
Our approach
Africa stands at a pivotal moment, facing significant and disproportionate challenges from climate change-related weather events and patterns. These crises demand our attention as they deeply impact agriculture, food security, education, energy, infrastructure, peace and security, public health, water resources, and overall socio-economic development.
